Program Overview
The Grant Jr. Bulldogs are the official feeder program to Grant Community High School. The tackle program is made up of travel teams which all participate in The Chicagoland Youth Football League (TCYFL) and is open for boys and girls ages 7-14 in 8th grade or under. The Grant Jr Bulldogs have teamed up with Lake Villa, Round Lake and Wauconda to form a flag league that is open to both boys and girls ages 5-7.
The Grant Jr. Bulldogs teach the children the benefits of being part of a team, while developing good sportsmanship, character, responsibility, respect, safety and the other essentials of being a good athlete.

Ironman 12 Week Speed & Agility Camp
February 27th – May 17th
The Ironman Camp is for athletes age 7-14. The camp will give the athletes superior speed training, agility work, and foot speed. The sport program is being run by professional trainers at Your Word Fitness in Spring Grove and has proven results that will make you a faster, stronger, and a more agile athlete. The Camp will work on Step Quickness, Running Technique, Change of Direction, Agility, Reaction, and Lower Body Power. Watch the video from Your World Fitness featuring the Grant Jr Bulldogs . 7 on 7 Spring Football
March – June
The 7 on 7 program is for athletes currently in grades 6, 7 and 8th and is designed for skilled position players. It is a non-contact passing league that competes with other TCYFL communities. Grant Jr. Bulldogs Youth Football Camp
July 9 – July 12, 6-8 PM at the Field of Dreams
The Grant Jr. Bulldog Youth Football Camp is for anyone interested in flag or tackle football. The camp is designed to expose players to the different techniques and fundamentals needed to be successful at all the different football positions. The camp will focus on football fundamentals and conditioning. This is a great way for the athletes to get an early start to the football season and meet their coaches. Flag Football Overview
Flag football is open to boys and girls ages 5-7. There are two practices a week with games on Saturday. We partner with Lake Villa, Round Lake and Wauconda to form a flag league. Games will be held at each site throughout the year.
