Thank you for visiting the Grant Jr. Bulldogs website. The Jr. Bulldogs formerly known as the Lakeland Cardinals have been serving the greater Grant Township and Fox Lake areas since 1970, providing our youth a safe, fun instructional football program.

Our philosophy is simple; teach sportsmanship and the valuable lessons gained by participating in team activities. Yes, we keep score and crown champions. But it is the winner and champion within each child that our coaches strive to nurture and support.

The value of the Bulldog experience is reinforced each time a former player reminds us of how the Bulldogs or Cardinals experience positively impacted their life. Many of our former players now coach in the program making the commitment to the Bulldogs philosophy stronger each year.

In closing, I would like to thank all of the tireless volunteers; the coaches, board members, directors and parents who are the backbone of Grant Jr. Bulldogs. Without each and every one of you, the Jr. Bulldogs could not exist. It is your pride and spirit that makes me confident that the Grant Jr. Bulldogs will be providing quality sports experiences for the youth of Northern Illinois for a long time to come.
